Frazier Mountain Internet Service's Remote Support software allows
us to see and control your computer screen as if we were sitting at your
computer. By using this Remote Support software, we are better able to
serve you in diagnosing and repairing problems you may have while connecting
to our service. The Remote Support software we use does not install any
permanent software on your computer. After completing the support session,
the software will no longer allow us access to your computer once you close
the Remote Support session. Your Frazier Mountain Internet Service support
representative will guide you on what to do to run the Remote Support software.
